Default Crank Bolt problem

I've been trying to get this crank bolt off and it just won't move i've put an air gun on it and that did nothing and then a ratchet and turned the car over a little bit and that didn't work. If anyone knows another way that could possibly take it just let me know.

Shove a crow bar in there, and use a wrachet with a 4ft snipe

well it's a bolt on my waterpump and there is no room to stick the crow bar in and i have no idea what a snipe is lol...i'm thinking i have to heat it up with a torch but then again all i can heat up is the head of the bolt and by the time i get to the thread part the seals would burn up so i have no idea what the heck to do...

snipe is a long handle... usually just a cast iron 1/2" pipe over the handle of the socket.
