Just picked up a mustang GT from a guy locally and thought I should make an intro thread. I live in Louisville Kentucky, and am used to imports as my first car I had for 4 years was a 2002 mitsubishi lancer es. I decided I wanted something with a little power so I got this mustang here are the specs and pictures:

2000 Mustang GT Black, black leather, all options. 5 spd
80k on the body, 15k on the motor, transmission, and suspension.

Engine:
All engine machine work and assembly performed by Bell motor service Louisville, Ky.
98 Romeo Block .020” over
03' GT Cast Crank
Probe Ultralight 4340 Rods
Probe Sportsman Race Series 10.5cc dished pistons
Clevite H-Series Main & Rod bearings
Patriot Performance Stage II heads (Windsor)
Crower Stage 2 N/A High Lift Cam's
Crower Valve Springs & Retainers
All ARP Hardware
FRPP H/V oil pump w/pickup
All new OEM Ford Gaskets & seals
Morroso “Eliminator" 7qt oil pan
“Coolant Mod” on driver side head
24 lbs injectors
XCal 2 (Dyno tuned by Speedy Dyno in Owensboro, Ky)
Stock Intake/Throttle Body/Pulleys/Water Pump

Appearance:
03 Cobra Machined finished rims 17x9
Nitto 275 x40 DR in the rear with plenty of tread left
Front 275x40 tires have very little wear
Niteshaded & cleared tail lights
Black housing/clear corner headlamps
Mach 1 grill delete
OEM spoiler moved back
“Flame Ball” Shift knob (I still have the stock shift knob as well)
Black Chrome shorty antenna

Audio:
Pioneer Head Unit
Rockford Fosgate Amp
Alpine component speakers installed in Mach 460 Locations


Engine combo made 280 hp & 310 Ft/lbs at the wheel.

There is just a couple pictures. Will be getting more shortly. Its got quite a bit of power and is built for nitrous or boost (~600whp). Those will not happen for a while as it is quite powerful :)

Its got mac pro dumps that dump right before the rear tires under the car :)

I am hoping for 300+ with an intake and a retune and 320+ with TB, plenum, and intake manifold at the wheels.

It's got LT's, a catless X pipe, and mac pro dumps.

It's built for 600 whp, the weak point being the cast crank. I hope to get a supercharger in a couple years or spray nitrous.


I will try to get an exhaust clip sometime next week.
