Default 1/4 window delete

Was just playing around with an image from americanmuscle.com, as the car in the photo was similar to mine, and I wanted to rough-sketch a couple things.
Using MS-Paint, as Photoshop takes too long to load & do anything when I just want a quick & dirty rendering.
Decided to paint over the rear 1/4 window - and ya know - to me it doesn't look bad at all. Keep in mind this is a low-res, very rough sketch, badly pixelated image (below). I'm sure someone else must have imagined this already, but, wondering if anyone has actually done it?
