Default Drop Spindle Help

I need some help. I have an 1982 Mustang GT that I have been working on. I decided to go with RaceCraft 2" drop spindles and when we got them they didnt fit. After some research and conversations with RaceCraft they realized that in 1984 there was a change and I needed to buy 1987 components (rotors, calipers, bearings) and I would be fine.

I got the stuff in and now instead of hitting the back of the spindle my rotor hits the lower A-Arm. Does anyone know what the specs are or if there is a difference between the A-Arms in 1982 and 1987?

I would really like to get a solid answer so I can get my car on the ground its been up way too long and need some help with dimensions before I go and buy MORE parts.

You don't use drop spindles on fox bodies my man. Springs and CC plates and you are good to go.
