Just bought a rust free 68 vert - 5/15/2008 5:04:35 PM    Mustang friend   Posts: 11 Joined: 10/24/2006 Status: offline Hello, My best friend is retiring and is selling his toys. I bought his wifes 68 Mustang Convertible 289 2v 3 speed 3.00 posi rear with manual steering, manual brakes, factory air power top center console Acapulco Blue original paint with parchment interior. They just put in a new interior and top but the rest of the car is clean and untouched. HE gave me a new toploader 4 speed and all the parts to put power steering in it but I think it will stay original due to it being so clean. I also got it for a song which really convinced me to buy it. I did have to put in a new heater core which is the biggest pain in the asterisk to replace. Post #: 1
