Hmm ... So Tombstang you think I should get the mid muffler system with a O/R X Pipe?

Ya, I listened to that one too. I'm just wondering if maybe the X-Pipe is making up a lot of the sound difference.

that clip was x pipe w/ stock mufflers. the o/r x w/ pypes MM will sound sick! race car-like of course this clip is w/ LT's and cats, but you get the idea http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e_Ftc82mT7I

Which clip? Both of those clips didn't have stock mufflers. One had the Bassani Race Mufflers with a O/R H Pipe, like I was thinking about, and the other one (Black car) had JBAs and O/R X Pipe.

I don't want to have to do this again so I'm going to make sure I do it right and research it as much as possible. LOL I wish that video was of him driving it..

liek i said.......(i dunno if you missed my post) off road x, with pypes mid mufflers.. keep your slps like tombstang said, and use those, and sell the ones that come in the kit as the pypes muffler delete.. (sound is exact same.. but tips on the slps are mucho nicer)... that last video sent is pretty acurate... heres one that i like off oneeyewilly's.. also very accurate.. and like i said.. let me know, if you want i will meet oyu some where and you can hear it in person http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wDNtc9BPaBQ trust me.. this setup is awesome..

ya bro id go with the MM system and o/r x, that video that David posted is willys car, he will be at the cruise so you wil be able to hear it there. Im not sure what Im going to do down the road either im on my 3rd set up I liek the slp with o/r x cause its stupid loud and mean and people think my car is scary fast . I plan to go with a TT system soon and it has high flow cats before the turbos and a h pipe so i may ditch the slp or unless I can get a x fabricated with the system, I like the x sound simply cause it tends to carry on longer and scream at higher rpm. I dont know if I wil get rid of my slps though since I just had them powder coated and I had my macs powder coated too and then sold them so im dumping alot of money into these dam things. Honestly I would wait untill the cruise and listen to as many set ups as you can in person then go from there, the Mm system is bad ass though, macs, slp, MM are the best IMO. as long as you dont say borlas, lol I may have to t-bone you then. FLAPONy set up with o/r h and magnaflows sounds pretty wicked when he gets on it and blows by you too, real clean mean sound, but its pretty timid other wise.

I am getting ready to get the slp headers, x-pipe, and loud mouths. I hope that set-up will sound awesome. I heard a clip of the loudmouths and I love the sound. Thumbnail Image
