Default Need some advice

I have a 84 mustang t -top 5-speed car 302 carbed bought it with a cracked cylinder wall #6
non roller motor. I am getting a roller motor (year I dont know) for itand keeping it carbed.
Here are my parts

1.7 roller rockers
150 nitrous plate
stock heads(either the 84's or the new motors) that is one of the questions new motor isFI
elderbrock performer 289 intake
600? holley w/spacer plate
hooker long tubesw/ flowmaster 40's
underdrive pulleys
no plans to use airpump or a/c
holley mechanical fuel pump
fluid damper
8.8 rearend (guy said it was a 1000.00 rear end) 4.10 locker thicker axle 5 lug (car is 4-lug)
nitrous grind cam flat tappet hydrolic (wont fit in roller motor)?

I have a couple of questions
How much hp can I push with out twisting body/frame
what kind of cam should i get? street/ strip/ daily driver
