I thought I would ask around to maybe get an idea if anyone has successfully repaired hail damage on their mustang's. I was caught in a hail storm with about golf ball size hail and before I could get shelter, I ended up with about 10 small dents scattered throughout the hood and passenger fender. I just recently got a 06 4.0, it replaced a 00 F-150 with more severe hail damage. If I have to end up at a body shop then so be it, but any info, techniques or advice would be helpful and appreciated.

I don't know how or if it works but when I lived in Tx, there was talk of people using dry ice to remove hail damage. I never had the pleasure of getting any damage from it.

Well my insurance is liability, I really dont want to bother with a claim since I just got it, neither do I want to take it to a shop. Stepman's reply, I did some research and there is a technique using heat and dry ice or and airduster bottle that produces liquid carbon dioxide. There is also the dry ice technique. I dont know whether to try these or get a " POPS-A-DENT"
