does anybody know how many 2003 10th anniversary convertibles were made?

you're both wrong. They only made 2003 (same number as the year) Anniversary Cobras total. Total Convertible production of ALL cobras that year was 5082. The number of 10th Anniversary editions convertibles was (obviously) much less -- see below.

10th Anniversary Cobra Production (from Brad Barnett's Mustang Source website)
Silver Metallic Convertible     237
Torch Red Convertible          369
Black Convertible                394
Silver Metallic Coupe           381
Torch Red Coupe                365
Black Coupe                      257
Total                             2,003

There's no info there on the 2003 10th Anniversary Edition Cobras.
