I think it fits in there too loosely. It just plops right in. Any suggestions on rigging it up? Its not just the pcv valve comming out... the whole thing comes out. The bottom part that the pcv valve sits in comes out.

yeah, and I don't see a mesh screen in there. The black circle the pcv sits in comes out. The pvc doesnt come out, the whole black circle thing comes out with the pcv still in it.
Does anybody know where I can grab these for cheap cheap?

Lets take a step back folksyou don't want to band-aid a problem when it maybe caused by something else.
When was the last time you changed your oil/added oil? Check the level cold. Too much oil in the crankcase could cause higher than normal pressure. The fact the grommet just pops out is part of the issue but if it blows the PCV valve out and that fits snuggly in the grommet, you may have another issue. I don't know about the Foxbody valve cover configuration but if there'sa vent/breather in the other valve cover and that's clogged that could also cause excess pressure buildup. Not having a mesh in the valve cover won't affect pressure, it would affect how much oil gets into the PCV valve.
First, get a new grommet $5 tops at your local autoparts store. If it blows the PCV valve out from the grommet and it's CORRECT PCV valve and grommet, start looking at other causes.
