Does a 96 mustang gt need o2 wiring harness extensions when putting on a mac long tube header?

idk give it time tough some times the guys are not alwase on that n0 abought that subject just dont give up lil buddy thay will help sooner or latter

You can check where the o2 harness goes up to the connector. Not to sure about the '96 GT but '95 & lower you can pull the o2 wire connector out of where it's held to give extra length.

You can pop the hood & look for the connector that leads to the o2's. See if there's any room for it to be moved further.

I know that's not a solid answer, but since i don't have much experience with 96+ GT's, I hope that helps you out somewhat until some 96+ owners see this thread.
