Just wondering, does anybody's window emanate a squeaky sound when the windows roll down? I'm not sure what's the cause of this irritating sound, but for me, it only happens during the summer. I guess the heat resulting from sun exposure is the main cause, but I don't know if there is any way to dispose of this irritating sound. I read on one of the posts where a person suggest applying a liquid called lithium grease. I'm not sure if that's the best way, but if it is where can I obtain it?

Lithum grease will work on the inner components of the window (ie guide rails, wheels, cable connections etc).  But sometimes depending on model, your noise is actually comming from where the rubber and felt touch the window, kind of like nails on a chalk board.  Cant really do anything for that.

any type of alcohol will dry it out over time, don't do that.  the rain ex idea works though
