I KNOW THIS IS THE WRONG FORUM, BUT IT IS THE HIGHEST TRAFFICKED 4.6 SECTION, SO PLEASE EXCUSE ME.

We've got the motor in and today we're going finish it up. I need to complete routing for the coolant hoses and I need to get a diagram/pictures of the front of an INTACT 2003/2004 Cobra/Mach/Mark VIII motor. I can't figure where all my cooling hoses are supposed to be running.

Is it a reverse cooling style with the thermostat housing down by the lower radiator hose with hoses going off to the reservoir and upper radiator hose like the other DOHC 4.6 motors?!

Any help would be highly appreciated.

I tried that. I tried "2003 Cobra hose diagram" "4.6 DOHC hose diagram" "4.6 DOHC Cobra cooling diagram" and a few other permutations. Nothing.

Do you have all the hoses and the housing? I had a problem when I did my swap also my engine didn't come with any of the cooling things I had to guess where everything went

Give me a minute and I will go out a take a few pics.

Yeah, bromato, I don't have ANY of the cooling pieces. It sucks, thiiiiiis much.

I ordered the housing from Latemodel resto

They didn't have the hoses when I did mine but it looks like they have them now. Not sure if the pics will help. It's hard to get in there and take them

Hose #1 goes to the cross over tube on the top of engine
#2 goes to oil cooler on the block (could be different on a termi motor?)
#3 goes to degas tank
#4 lower Rad hose

Awesome! I've called around and got everything I need! Thanks so much for you help again. I also want to send the factory pulley guard to be powder coated. You wouldn't be interested would you?

Of course I would. I need to do some Ford parts I seem to be getting all Mopar and GM parts lately

I thought everyone pulled that cover off and left it off?

man, this thread gets me excited!!! I almost wanna sell my built motor and D1sc kit and TKO600 Complete and Buy a Damn Cobra motor lol.. but looks like its just too much of a hassel lol...
