so ive got a 99 gt but i guess the first year it came with the v6 16x8 wheels. Now i know the tire rack says that the rears can hold a 245/50-16 in the rear but i can the fronts hold the same size. The tire rack dosnt say so but i know they can be very conservative so im wondering could i fit the 245/50-16 all the way around instead of having staggered sizes?

also i know that it is possible with the factory 17 inch rims but once again i have the 16 inch rims and i dont know if the offset is as much as the 17 inch wheels. I also posted this on the wheel and tire forum

yea you can do 245 all the way around. u can also fit a 275 on an 8inch rim

You can definitely go 275.

why not just do the 255's all the way around? not too wide for the front at all
