With those heads and intake I would go with 70

id use 70mm TB and the spacer helps the velocity of air goin in, as far as a egr? just remove it, and put a gasket and delete cover over it you can get it for about $10 on any parts website, its just called a EGR delete

An egr spacer 'helps the velocity'???  What does that mean?
(note I am being pretty sarcastic in asking... so be ready to explain when I have more questions... )

I would go 70 or 75 TB...
80 on the MAF... but most here will say "That's way too big!!!"...
