I have a 2000 mustng gt. and it has a nitrous system, a bullitt intake, a hurst shifter and a 4:10's. I want to get about 350 hp to the wheels eventually, with out forced induction or nitrous. So I plan on Taking the Nitrious system out. I'm thinking about Up gradeing the intake system. should I take off the bullitt intake, would it be worth the hassle and money? I plan on eventually upgrading my stock heads as well. I know the bullitt intake is good for forced induction or nitrous. since I don't plan on using any of them should I get rid of the bullitt intake?

No, you should not get rid of the bullitt intake manifold.  You got one of the best(not the best, just one) stock manifolds put out in production on cars.  So unless you have more money than you know what to do with it, and get a P51, or a custom sheet metal intake, your fine with what you have.  I have the bullitt intake on mine and I wouldn't trade it off for nothing.  350hp will be hard to obtain N/A.  If you upgrade your heads and cams that will be the best thing to do, but still wouldn't think you could get to that kind of HP.

your wasting your time and money. just buy a blower. the priced to get a GT to anything over 320RWHP are astronomical, and your limited around 360-380 IIRC.

again, just buy a blower. your not dealing with a 2v 4.6 l motor, not a big block
