I still plan on getting this number on my left, now that I have a person picked out that can duplicate it, it's only a matter of time
waiting for my cam to get here first, that set me back 800 bucks

Sadly, $800 isn't much for a very good camera, either. Mine cost about twice that... and that doesn't include lenses.
You can get a D80 body for $800. No one can say that the D80 ins't a fabulous camera.

Sure you can... it's a Nikon ;). KIDDING!
Canon's 40D can be had for about $800 used, too, and it's a hell of a camera. I just meant pro-level stuff is a lot more than that (people's jaws always drop when I tell them the IDs MKIII costs $8,000).
But anyways, I digress. You are correct that $800 can buy an awesome camera (even if it is a Nikon)/.

A nikon took that picture of my car in the sig hanging out of a S197's passenger window going 75MPH on the freeway.... I think that's proof enough Nikon makes a good camera
he also got this one as I passed

anyways back on topic  sry for the small pic but im on the work comp... dont have access to the original at this moment... tat if u can see it is the japanese kanji for ookami which translates into wolf i also have another tat on my calf
