Heading to Houston tomorrow to talk to the painter, and hopefully I'll have the S/C by later this week!!!!

Also ordering a new cat-back in the morning from Magnaflow!!!

Went and talked to the painter yesterday in houston, car will be getting done in about a month. $3k full re-paint + blacking out the a-piller,c-piller, and roof, and black true-fire flames all the way back to the rear 1/4 panels, s/c painted to match with the fire, all emblems and antenna shaved, wheels painted to match, and I may even color match thecalipers with black flamed ponies.

The s/c should be shipping out today, it's coming with a 2.93" clear billetflow pulley, I got it off of SVTPerformance in the Termi for sale section, tons of Eatons on there for reasonable prices, some are kinda high, but if you hunt for a couple months like I did you can get a good deal. I paid $370 shipped for mine, and it came with a pulley, t/b, and plenum. I feel like i could've gotten it a little cheaper, and I didn't mind going over my "$300 cap" considering what all I was getting with it. Hell the pulley alone is over $100+ the PITA of puting it on properly, and it's now a 13lb setup.

Still waiting to get my intake upper intake made, by someone.....

The "core" engine should be at my house this weekend so as soon as the paint is done I can start buying all the stuff for it, and then it'll be the new k-member, coil-overs, control arms, rear panhard bar, torque arm, new tranny, new axles, diff., and maybe gears.

I'm gonna be soooo broke after this lol.

I have to pay for a wedding when I finally finish, damnit!

Awesome man, but do NOT paint the M112. It will flake off in no time with as hot as they get. Either keep it stock or have it powdercoated. Also, you can use a 25% UDP to underdrive the blower so it doesn't push as much boost with the 2.93.

They are using paint that can hold up to the heat, same stuff they use for the calipers. Powder coating is actually bad to do, it holds in heat, ceramic coating coating is far superior for reducing heat, even though every eaton is powder coated from the factory.

The s/c is the only thing that I'm debating on painting, because the flaking DOES worry me.

I would just leave the Heaton factory gray. Imagine how MAD you would be if it started chipping, and how crappy it would look until you got fed up with and took a pressure wand to it. Could save you some $$$ that might be invested into other womens in the quick6 household

If I don't "coat" it with something I think I'll just have it polished. It'll all depend on what happens when the time comes lol
