Okay, the driver side rear on my car sits about .5"-1" higher than the passenger side rear. I have checked the spring directions and everything, and they are exactly the same. So, I have decided I am going to take out an isolator or both from the drivers side rear to level it out. My question is how much lower is removing each isolator going to drop me? I think I read .25" a piece, but not sure. I'm considering just doing one for now to see, but also thinking of doing the top and bottom. Has anyone removed them and got a lot more spring noise? I read on here some people just wrapped the springs ends with tape and were fine....

Did you leave the bare spring on top and bottom?

another option that's out there that is done is to add washers to the low side shock.  Unbolt it from the trunk, drop it down and put them on top, 1/2" to 1" is that bad to deal with.  My front is a 1/3" and my back is a 1/2" higher on passenger side, I only added a spacer to front driver side because it was low enough for the tire to rub the inner fender which annoyed me to no end.  But as always, this is just a suggestion.

Some people wrap each end of the spring in electrical tape or some other tape to keep the noise down.

I take it a half inch or so won't get the shock out of it's optimal zone, correct? And did you add them to where the bolt that screws on top of the shock sits up higher?
