Default Help can't figure it out!

Ok Let me start with my short list of mods. I have an 88 GT with the 93 cobra MAF conversion. I have a set of o-ringed trick flow track heat heads, trick flow roller rockers, pushrods, and valve covers. I have a cobra intake and a F-303 cam. I have a BBK 70mm TB and a brand new 76mm c&l maf. I have replaced the IAC, coolant temp sensor, o2 sensors, and spark plugs(autolight 2524). I replaced the intake gaskets. My timing is at 14 degrees. My fuel pressure is set at 42 psi. I have a 190 lph fuel pump and a T-rex. I used to have a blower. My compression is 150 psi across the board.
My problem is it does not want to run when cold, and barely idles when warmed up. My vacuum when it does idle is like 2". When I snap the throttle my vacuum increases and my fuel pressure drops 8-10 psi. I have checked for vacuum leaks and can't find any. My throttle response was alot better before I changed the plugs. It also pops through the intake intermittantly.
It has run very good with this set up a few years ago. I had a powerdyne blower on it and being in northern maine with no way to get a custom tune, I sold the blower and am just trying to get it to run the way i know it should. The fact that I had a blower on it made me think that the intake gaskets were gone so I replaced them.
Is there any way for me to pull codes with the 88 harness and 93 PCM? I have a MODIS. Is there a better plug for the trick flow heads? I went online to get the 2524 autolite number. Should I remove the T-rex pump? I figure if I just unplug it that it will be a restriction.
Any ideas will be welcome I have hit a brick wall.

Just a little quick question, Do you have the plugs on the correct cyl? I mean if you mix up the wires, it will run but not great that is for sure!
