ive been asked to race an 05 stock 350z with manual tranny. I have an 08 gt with violator axel backs manual tranny, who will win? I looked up some specs and to me it seems the person with the best driver mod will win? what do you guys think?

Drivers race with a very small edge to you. Do you have 3.55 or 3.31 gears?

I belive it has 3.31 gears... not 100 percent on that though

drivers race with you with an advantage because you have more tq but keep it to low 100s, otherwise the outcome could be different beyond 120...

OP,
edit* 100% correct on the drivers race, he's got you on aero, so low 100's - 120 is about as far as you might want to push it.

i got the cars mixed up i thought yours was an 05 and his was 08*

You should have no trouble with a 2005 350Z. Just make sure you don't sit at the line and spin.

The 05s aren't as bad as some of you guys are making them seem. The 07 and later are a drivers race for an 08 GT.
