how do i tourqe the jack screws since they are completly round???

ITS THE SCREWS THAT GO INTO THE SIDE OF THE CAPS, BUT NOT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BLOCK, THOSE ARE TEN MILLIMETER, THESE ACTUALLY SCREW INTO THE CAP AND THEN THE OUTSIDE SIDE BOLTS GO THREW THEM, AND YES THIS IS STOCK

Long allen wrench. Sorry I forget what size. They are reverse thread so turn oppisite of normal.

They use a T-50 Torx, if not available then use a 5/16 hex/allen key, and yes they are left handed thread, good luck.
