97 Nonpi motor that will be getting some stg 2 ported heads

what is the biggest cam i can go with WITHOUT flycutting the pistons...

or am i doomed to 262's... cause i kinda want some crower stg 2's

I think duration-wise you can really go higher than a 24x/24x AD.

Is it getting Ported NPI heads or PI heads? My Stage 2's will work with PI heads and non-pi bottom without valve reliefs. Thats about as aggressive as you will get.

fully surfaced
Comp. Three angle valve job
Full Extrude honed port and polish



I was thinking either crower stg 2 OR CMS stg 2's

You do know that 10ich is CMS don't you?  I don't think you need to compare cam specs for him.  His word and his products are gold.

what about stage 2.5 N/A, do they need vavle reliefs.  And when in the heck, is stage 3 N/A coming out
