I was looking at meguiar's product page and they have a ton of leather condition/cleaning products. I'm leaning towards the combined foam instead of two separate products but I was curious if anyone knows of any reason to go with one product over another, even if its another brand.
On a different topic, anyone have good luck with wheel uh, "shiners"? (I have no idea what its called at the moment). I'm using an Armor All foam but it ends up a little splotchy after it dries. I haven't been a huge fan of their gel either but I'm willing to try other brands if there are good ones.

i have heard tons of good things about lexol leather cleaners/conditioner through this site. For over the counter stuff, i like to get a can of saddle soap from the shoe dept at wal mart and use that. it works creat for cleaning. Then i use some of the meguiars leather spray on it after that. When i get my seats recovered then ill probably switch over to lexol products though. And as far as the tire shine goes, i like the black magic products for that. they have gel that works very good. just put it on and give it about 20-30 minutes to dry, and then it will stick for about 2 weeks and doesnt sling off.

I'll have to look into the lexol stuff, but as far as saddle soap i was reading that its actually pretty bad for leather. As in, its alkaline which would damage the leather itself and the stitching which binds it. Any truth to that? I'll give the black magic a try. Nothing like a long lasting shine!

My Leather Conditioning Spray is a pretty popular all in one leather cleaner, conditioner, and protectant. This dries to the touch and isn't greasy, it also hasa nice pleasant leather smell to it. Just thought I would give you another option!

Order the gallon of Meguiars Leather Cleaner/Conditioner, it'll last quite a while and isn't that expensive. Works great. As for tire shine, my choice is Meguiars Hyperdressing. It's by far the best tire dressing out there in my opinion. It's a water based tire dressing which can be used for a lot of things and you're able to dilute it to four different dilution ratios.
