someone i know has a dual exhaust 40s, and a K&N cold air intake... this person wants an additional 50 HP added to their V6 THE CHEAPEST WAY POSSIBLE but has no idea what to do.... they asked me for help and i didn't know what to say so i came to the best..... help?
P.S. this person isn't interested in Shots or any kind of Nitrous boosts, and of course not superchargers or turbochargers cause it's too expensive... so can someone please tell me what he can do??

Unless your friend does serious engine work they won't see an additional 50rwhp. The easiest thing would be to run a 75 wet shot of nitrous (I would also recommend a tune)and call it a day. That would be the cheaest way.

there is no 'easy and cheap' way to add 50 hp to our cars. now, if we had a cobra, a pulley change would add 50 hp...but not us. if he has a pre 99, a split port swap would be what he wants. boom, 40+hp. other than that, nitrous is the only 'cheap' route for those kind of numbers.
Nitrous or a Super/Turbo charger are the only two cheap, and I use that term loosely, ways to gain more than 50 rwhp without doing major and expensive engine work.
