Default For those who have a MAC o/r h-pipe...

How long have you had it and how well is it doing rust-wise?
I've been interested in giving an o/r h-pipe a shot, but can't justify paying $515 for a stainless one from MRT.

I'm starting to think that the reason I keep going through so many exhausts is because of the x-pipe.

I've had my prochamber since last august and it's still shiney... the welds have a little surface rust on them but that's expected with anything.

My truck since 1993 took the muffler about 10 years to rust thru... and that's with ****ty NJ weather.

Just spray paint it black if you want to keep it from turning colors.......

I've got some rust building up on mine. I bought mine used 2 years ago. I figure I'll have LT's and a forged bottom end before I'll ever have to worry about it rusting through.

Me: No thanks Ford, I've already owned a Camaro once.
