cyl number 1 missing

ok i ran out of gas on the side of the highway one night got it started drove it to a gas station started running perfect will then i hot rodded the hell out of it for a min then went back to normal speed then i stoped for a stop light and it started missing real bad i thought wtf so i drove it home thought it might be something with the fuel so i replaced a fuel filther (which it needed) then it still didnt run right so i did a fuel pressure test and tested my injectors there all ok so i thought mayb plug and wires just replaced them tonight it didnt help i got spark to bit it still misses i know it the 1cyl starting from the end of the motor the only thing i could think of is mayb i bent a value so i did a compression test it came out ok but mayb it still letting me get compression idk the only mod i have done to the car is a stage 2 Racer walsh cam could anything else cause this?

Try pulling codes, and check your spark plugs.
