I am curious how you all have your Tokico D-Specs adjusted.
Personally I run 3 full turns from full stiffness front and rear.
Do you run the F & R with the same stiffness or are you running a more custom setup?
Please discuss.

Good thread idea!

I'll keep you posted when I get mine on (I ordered them and they are on the way.)

In the meantime I'll keep an eye out for this thread to make sure I know what settings others have.

4 turns from full hard in the front. 5 turns from full hard in the rear. I'm also running the Steeda Sport Springs.

I run the fronts 4 and rears 5 from full firm for normal driving. When I want to do some spirited driving in the back country I set them 2 and 3.

I have the remote adjusters but no pics of them on, I will see if I can snap one tomorrow.

Argonaut
That is some good information and the reason i started this thread.

Anyone else with a custom config?

No they are not worth it unless you have subs in the trunk which block access.  Even then, you can just put the rear seat down and access them.

Transferred from the other D-Spec poll thread:

"Right now I'm running 5 and five, front and rear. At the drags I run full out in front, full in at the rear, allowing the front to raise with as little resistance as possible, weight transfer applied to the rear as quickly as possible. At autocross, depending on tire/wheel and front/rear sway bar combinations, anywhere from 1 1/2 out rear, four out front to 1/2 out rear to 3 1/2 (or more) out front. Stiffer = less cornering power at that end."

If you are Drag racing why would you set the rear to soft?  You don't want the rear to squat.  In general you want the rear firm and the front soft - or am I missing something here?

Also - I notice a lot of folks are setting the front more firm than the rear.  I'm curious why.  The stock front sway is very stiff.  The normal way to counter a stiff front is to stiffen the rear or soften the front.  For AutoX I've done lots of fiddling and found that having the front set softer than the rear reduces understeer a bit.  Anybody care to elaborate on your findings?  I see that some of the other guys who AutoX, like FyouGitive, are backing up my findings.

I have my rear set to full firm (as Argonaut said for Drag racing).  I have QA1 coil overs in the front and they are set to soft.

i'm with argo - for those who do, why would you have the front set stiffer than the rear?

and for the record, i run 1 full turn from hard all around, all the time.  once i'm finally able to get my 19"s on, though, i might soften it up a bit.  i like my stang to feel like a muscle car, not a marshmellow !

At the drags I usually go with 7 turns in the front, 5 in the rear.  Maybe I'll try a little more stiff in the rear.  What kind of 60 times you guys pulling?
