hey thats what my budy said i think his spedo is right zo6..... i am not shure how fast i was going my spedo was at 140 and still pulling when i put it in 5th so what do you think oh 2.73 are top end gears thats why my take off is not that good got prety good boltons so why not how fast do you think your car does top end you got boost right next time i will put gps... iam not here to prove any thing just like this site.....

whats rong you cant go 160mph with2.73 i think you can and i know i did and i think most of you here can to just try dont be scared

Your engine may be capable of going 200 mph...in a car shaped like a bullet. A foxbody will not allow those speeds, aerodynamics play the major role in not being able to go that fast. I dont think you have enough power to get your car that fast. I'm not knockin ya, just being realistic. Nothing really to do with being scarred, just some folks have better sense .

nice answer fastblack... but you do see fox mustangs doing well over 200 1/4 mile but yes they do have a 1000plus hp thanks for being nice oh by the way read the new post (why not)

you can go 160 on 2.73's, just with alot more horsepower that you are not making.
you car with stock susp. at 160-170 would be terribly unstable and you would most likely crash.
just try dont be scared?
just try and use grammar properly?
also you ran 13.5 with stock gearing and bolt ons? i guess ill get my waders on, the **** is getting waste high....

lol, i had 2.73's with my current set up, once you hit 110, the top starts to catch air, and it it gets a little iffy.
maybe if i had more road, and the top down i would have taken it higher, but its not like it was pulling like crazy like this guy is saying.
id say 130-140mph is the max for stockish and lightly moded stangs
