I've taken creatine before and it works well. I just can't take creatine monohydrate anymore because my body has a weird reaction to it. Plus it makes me have the ****s. I take cytogainer now, it's good stuff as well.

Do you take creatine monohydrate? If so does it kind of make your body react in a weird way?

I don't suggest them now that I have seen some of my buddies go into withdrawl after not having the stuff.

Don't take the easy way, slowly but surely you'll get to where you need to get.

why the rush to get big?  if i were you id stick with the safe(r) stuff like creatine and protein supplements.  although too much protein can cause protein shock and ive heard that creatine can be bad for your liver.

yes, and yes. it can mimic the symptoms of a common cold if you don't drink enough water. it takes some getting used to also, but overall, in small doses over a couple months, you'll see real gains. the best part is the feeling you get when you work out. you feel so much stronger and can do a much better workout

quickest way to lose fat naturally is interval training.  look it up, its hard stuff but if working out were easy everyone would be in shape.

dont just jog...do interval training.  its more effective.

consists of warm up (jog for 5 mins) then flat out sprint as fast and as hard as you can for 1 minute, run at about 70% for 2 mins and repeat the sprint/70% 3 or 4 times.  cool down for a minute or two.  i promise it will work better that just a constant pace.

8 pounds in 2 weeks?  thats great.  id just keep doing what youre doing.  dont want to rush things, might as well take your time, do it the natural way, and save some money too.  you never see any fat kenyans

i was on that stuff for a for a few months, i just got off it. made me sick. i lost weight because i felt too nauseous to actually eat. just run and eat right. im still on creatine and protein but im bulking up/ trying to keep my muscle now. id hesitate recommending creatine because it makes you piss. like all the ****ing time. maybe thats just me though.
