also my buddy told me to try hydroxycut hardcore...any good?

i was on that stuff for a for a few months, i just got off it. made me sick. i lost weight because i felt too nauseous to actually eat. just run and eat right. im still on creatine and protein but im bulking up/ trying to keep my muscle now. id hesitate recommending creatine because it makes you piss. like all the ****ing time. maybe thats just me though.

HAHAHA.......yes, it does, its ridiculous. i've never pissed so much. its weird, because supposedly it makes you retain water.

kinda glad its not just me then. its awkward as hell too because my office is a good deal away from the nearest washroom at my job, so i end up walking by all of the accounting staff like 50 times a day. i bet they think im on drugs or something.

lol, if you want to talk some crazy ****, i can tell you some crazy **** my friend!

back in 05 when i was in the army, i was a little nutty about supplements.

i would guess i spent $150-250 a MTH on suppliments.

if you look at the supplements that came out around then, ive taken them all, and no, thats not much of a exaderation.

#1) stay the F*CK away from hydroxycut. i almost had a heart attack (no joke) from it. i took it before a 8 mile run with no food (was sapposed to be a light jog, but my sgt's surprised us) i passed out, and 50min later, i still had a heart rate of 150bpm!

#2) if it sounds too good to be true............. 99% of the time it really is.

#3) the best out there is protein (ive found cheap wal-mart protein works fine, but if you can afford the complex kinds that have gluclosamine, Creatine, etc etc all mixed it is worth the extra dough) and Creatine........but make sure with Creatine that you drink more water, as it will drain you!

#4) KNOW YOUR BODY TYPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i gain weight (fat and muscle) very very easy, and burn it off slowly.

ive found that with this body type (mesomorphic) i can absorb insane amounts of protein.

with a light lifting routine, i intake 1.5-2g of protein per pound of LEAN MASS
with heavy lifting, i take in 2.2-3.5g of protein per pound of lean mass

at 170-180lbs of lean mass, thats right, im eatting a TOOOOOOON of protein.

say it with me protein is key, protein is key, protein is key,
protein is key, protein is key, protein is key, protein is key, protein is key, protein is key, protein is key, protein is key, protein is key, protein is key, protein is key, protein is key, protein is key, protein is key, protein is key, protein is key, protein is key, protein is key!!!!!!!!!!!!

lol.

also my body responds well (weight loss, and muscle gain) to LIGHT cardio 4 times a weak, and HARD CORE heavy liftin 3-4times a week (im a big fan of 5X5 training, look it up if you dont know what it is)
also i dont dick around with bs workouts (10lb barbell curls for 50reps)

i stick to compound exersizes.
squats, rows, bench, etc anything that uses many muscles at once.....

if you have any questions, dont hesitate to ask.

well what my regiment is that i drink a muscle milk and eat a myoplex bar everyday. thats 52g of protein total. so far its done good, my muscles have been firming up really well and im feeling more swole after my works outs when im still pumped. i havnt been gaining any weight really(yet) but im kind of training for endurance right now(compared to most peoples work out)and am not expecting too(yet) but soon tho i intend to change gears and go to a heavier lifting work out. so i am also curious about somethings out there, like NO xplode. heard it was like roids in powdered form. is it really that bad or is it just hype?
