OK,

Not that big of a deal, but still wondering what happened. Bought my car brand new, installed a CAI and Tune last year. About 5000 mi on it so far and not a bit of trouble until today.

I was driving throug town at about 45mph. Had it in fifth, just cruising along. All of the sudden she starts running a little rough. Almost like she was missing. I down shifted it and gave it a little gas. Still missing. I pulled into a parking lot, put it in nuetral, she continued missing at idle. I throttled it a little, still missing.

Finally, I turned off the car for a minute, started it back up, and she ran like brand new again. Drove it around town and thenback home (about an hours worth of driving) no problems.

Why was she missing and why did it go away?

Anyone, anyone...

Thanks Howarmat,

You made me feel much better :D. I figured since no CEL'scame onand if it would go away with a simple re-start, it couldn't have been anything too serious(at least that's what I was hoping). Drove it again to work and still running like a champ. I was a little worried for a minute there. I immediately envisioned myself limping it home to throw the factory airbox and tune back on it.
