Its another scott drake valve cover issue. I have the main gasket working great there are no issue there I just didnt get them tight enough on the latter attempts. But the left side is leaking from the swede fitting on that metal neck. The oil splashes up on it and it weeps out from the sides and then runs down the channel and all over the trans and headers.

What sealant would withstand the temps (200-212 max) and the oil and form good adhesion to the cover and swede fitting? I tried high temp RTV but it didnt stick very well.

What else could I do?

You have to clean the surface VERY well to get RTV to stick. Wipe away any excess buildup with a rag, then spray liberally with brakleen or wipe down with lacquer thinner. Then you should be able to get some RTV to stick. I recommend using The Right Stuff. It's more oil resistant than standard Ultra Black, and it dries faster and harder.
