Default I know what tire size, what rim size though?

The coupe has like 2-3 different size tires on it now, my friend just put some thing on for it to roll.

One of them is a 235/60/14 (might have been 15, pretty sure it was 14). And dang it looks good. What width rim is it probably. I was thinking 14x8?

I shouldnt need any spacers should I. I know theres size charts out there. But Im at work and cant surf much.

check on the tire what width it is. from that we should be able to tell what rim width

235 can be put on a 7" rim but wont "fit" properly. You'd need an 8"

One possible consideration is tyre availability. I dont know what its like in the US these days but over here you cant buy a decent 14" tyre anymore...well not above normal passenger car width anyway.

So far summit has the best selection.

Does anyone recommend any of these?

Is there any hard and fast reason for staying with the 14" sizes, since you're looking at new wheels anyway? Round, black, and holds air is mostly all the "good" that can be said about 14's any more. Newer tire technology isn't even looking at the 15's any more except in competition tire models. Many of the newest offerings don't start below 17", and a few don't even carry those.

If you can cope with the slightly different look, I'd give serious consideration to 17 x 7.5 or 8 wheels with Kuhmo MX tires in 225/45-17. This tire is itself an olderZ-rated 220 treadwear "Extreme Performance Summer" model (Tire Rack's description). For a while this tire was considered one of the better autocross tires that you could still seriously consider using for daily driving, so it should still represent significantly better than average street performance (and much better than anything streetable in 14").

Looking further into the future, the 225/45-17 size gets you 153 hits at Tire Rack (I just looked), so it's not likely that you'd paint yourself into a corner when it comes to getting the next set(s) of tires after these.
