MACH 460 AMPS BLEW. DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO???

ok heres the deal. parked my car out front of the bar i work at and i guess someone decided to put a cigarette out on my roof. well to make a long story shortit rained 3 inches last night and when i was driving home i took a turn. heard water swish and smelled smoke and my amps were gone.Question is,where would i even try to find the amps online. Been searching everywhere and no one sells them. Or is it worth it to re-wire the whole car? Seams like alot of work but if it has to be done it has to be done. Does anyone know of any walk-throughs or sites dedicated to it or just suggestions about how to go about re-wiring everything. Any suggestions would be great

I don't even know if you could get it all from a dealership, and if you can I wouldn't be surprised if you were talking well over $1000. If your not looking into going after someone or claiming it on insurance, or if you are I guess it doesn't matter, your best bet and also the cheaper alternative is to buy a nice budget aftermarket system.
