Default '94 Running lean on both banks.

Alright here is my deal. I left on a mission for two years, during which time my little sister starting driving my car. During this time a small leak developed in the radiator, and being the girl that she is, she forgot to fill it one day and overheated the engine. Long story short, she blew the head gaskets (again) and the car was parked for 18 months. Upon my return home, I had the heads checked out and the valves given a three angle job (again), I then replaced the head gaskets and reassembled it all. After fixing about 20 different things that were going wrong, including replacing the engine temp sensor and a/c compressor, I got the car back into running shape. After giving the car some break in time I noticed that at WOT it studdered and had a hard time, but if I kept RPM's lower it did fine. I quickly replaced plugs, wires, and fuel filter. I bought a bottle of injector cleaner and filled the tank. The problem persisted and now the CEL comes on with the both banks running lean codes. The car has 160,000 miles on it so I am worried about the fuel injectors, however I priced new injectors at $82.90 apiece, so I would like to eliminate other possibilites before replacing those. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I want to be selling the car soon. Thanks in advance
