I have an 06 GT and I just put on SLP LM's a few weeks ago. I love the sound, but I want more!!

What are my options for getting more sound? I'd rather not go with an offroad pipe just because I don't want the hassle of emissions testing. Else can I do?

Also how do any of you with off road pipes get your cars on the road? Do you switch out the midpipes for inspection or bribe the guy or what?

I have a friend who has a shop who does emissions (cough, paid, cough) so he took care of me. but you can run a h-pipe if your not already. also, just swap it out for the stocker before you get tested.

What would sound good with the LM's?

also how much "coughing" does it take?

well a 50 just happened to fall out of my folded wallet into his hand.

but other than that you could do electric cutouts for the ultimate loudness

How much hp can you possibly get to make it worthwhile taking cats off?

I thought the scene was all about going fast, not "sounding" fast

Its not a crime to want to sound good, and you can do it while still gaining power. also, removing the cats can free up around 10-15 horses.

+1 ^...when i had my mufflers chopped off a few weeks ago, the mechanic asked me if i wanted to lose my cats, he said he would do it when his boss wasnt around...but i was like naw im already gonna get hassled with staight pipes...just find the right speed shops and they will hook u up!
