gettin me a new job.

May be getting myself a new summer job real soon landscaping.  pay is a little bit better than my craptastical kitchen job.... but I'll just pull double duty like I did last summer.... 
except I'll space it out a lil more...

landscaping M-F 8am till 4:30pm...

then work the kitchen prolly sundays, then prolly like Tuesday night and thursday night or something...  like 6 till closing, aka 1am...

I have the application sittin next to the laptop, just gotta add my refrences and its done...

the manager for the company is my brother's Girlfriends dad, and he is a freind of the family.  I need the cash, he needs the work...

prolly can start that gig up in maybe a week and a half or something... gotta talk to my boss tomorrow

I dunno, I felt like tellin some people...

other than my family and all of 2 freinds I keep in touch with from home...

my friends from college, meh, I need some time away from them for a few weeks....

As one of the "older" guys on this forum, I'll give you a single piece of advice:

Do your best to learn a "skill" that you can pursue when it comes time to get a "real" job.

tho this is just a summer gig to help me get through the summer, then I go back to college... only 2 more years thank god....

Not too bad.   I lucked out in college...I got a job doing what I wanted to do when I got out and it helped tremendously.  The job market is rough for several of my freinds who graduated with no idea what they wanted to do and I've walked into a couple of fantastic jobs.  Even during employment, I've been offered other positions.
