I'm looking at the Saleen body kit now, and I have some questions.

1. Does it require the GT rear fascia or does it replace it? (It looks like it replaces it, but it's hard to tell from the wording.)
2. What exactly are the "corner extensions?"
3. How much did you pay in prep and paint?

but the saleen kit is so awesome. If it fits sixers you should get it for sure.

look to the top right of the right tail light. its like a little piece that brings out the corner to make the rear fascia flow with the car i guess

uhhh, no, never heard of a 6er doing it.
personally, i wouldn't do it to a 6.
a v6 s281 just doesnt seem right to me...

edit: imo, neither does a v6 roush (excluding the appearance package for the 6, i'm talking about 428r status)

You would have to convert to duals to start. And yes, it will fit. Any S197 bodykit will fit any model.

yes it should fit with the normal modifications need to convert a v6 to gt. but never seen the saleen body on a 6er. probably cuz it's really pricey and fairly rare.

Just my opinion.. but I think they saleen kit looks terrible

in my opinion i wouldnt go with any body kit that has the words saleen or roush or whatnot....just cus its not. to me its like slapping a GT badge on the side of ur car. there a plenty of sweet v6 specific body kits out there. i just wouldnt put it on.

It actually doesn't cost that much relative to other body kits.

My main question was the rear bumper, but it looks like it is a full replacement which is good.

And dual exhaust is only for v8's, too, right? I forgot the kit was "meant" for v8's.

i cant help you with any of your questions, but i think its a great looking body kit. go for it if you like it.

the saleen kit is a kit all the same go for it if you want... i personally wouldnt just becuase i dont want SALEEN written across my rearend b/c its not a saleen... other than the rear fascia i like it.... i have the saleen hood and its sick...
