It wouldnt be hard to make, but I doubt highly that such a thing would be illegal in some way... fuel cells have special baffles etc to keep the fuel from leaking out if you flip, and I think they need to be approved by a buttload of places before a company can cell one...

why not just buy one from summit that you KNOW will not fail? like, i see where youre coming from, but if your not a really good fabricator, id just be leary of makin one

lol, i completely forgot about baffles....... oh well i was mainly just thinking of what the drawbacks would be of making it out of steel, it will be in a street car, so its not like it would need to be approved by a sanctioing body of some sort,
