so now i want to build a street strip car with a turbo. to play with on the weekends i dont race on the dirt.

thanks in advance for the help

Stinger site has most wiring info. Mostly bolt in A few wires to repin. Get a Gills adjustable boost control and free flowing exhaust and have fun. Done the conversion and now have about 18,000 miles on it. Wife's daily drive and she let's tinker with it. I started out simple small vam nonintercooler and keep tinkering. Learning for my 2 project 2.3t in a MGB which started out as the 1st project. Progess of the Mustang

Start at last page and work up to see changes. Do it we will help. Wiring is no problems. What year is donar car. Does make a differance on wiring if older than a 87?

87-88 turbocoupe has the best computer vam etc. Especial 5speed one's but if you have automatic need to get it from that one. The computer plugs into the mustang no problem there. You do have to remove some pins from the computer plug and replug them into a differant number hole. Also have to run some wires from computer or egr solinoid area depending on your car. I personally ran mine direct to the computer. On the computer plug remove the black cover has catchs. Look on plug has numbers Not all holes numbers but you get the meaning. Pry the red plug holder out. Now don't jerk on the wires or more will come out then you want to and the little catchs will break and wires will not stay in. You will see a small catch in the plastic that holds the wire in. Move it a little, very little effort needed from wire wanted to remove and push into hole you want it to go. You are just moving a wire from one number hole to another. If worried about getting confused take a piece of masking tape and number the wire with number it came out of. If in doubt. Go to j-yard buy or the will give it to you a short section of the computer plug and play around learning at home until feel comfortable doing it. Just made this video here is link to the post.
