How do you get to the bottum bolt that holds the lower door hinge to the cowl?

Mylower hingeis loose. You can clearly see the head of the bolt on the top hinge, but can not on the lower one.

I removed the kick pad and can see the threads of the bolt sticking through butI cannot see the head of the bolt behind the little spring thats built into the hinge.

Any tips? or experience shared greatly aprriciated.

Remove the splash sheild in the front fender. If you cant reach it then just take the fender off.
