Default Rear Swaybar

What stangs came with one stock? I was looking through thehaynes manual where they have the pics that show where the suspension/steering components are and realized that I didn't have a rear sway bar. The pic had one but it was of a GT. Were the GT's the only ones with a stock rear sway bar or did the 5.0 LX's have them too? I know a friend of mines 87 GT has one too. I am gonna skip that upgrade and go with a panhard bar when the time comes just so everyone knows.

why would you want to skip a sway bar and install a panhard bar?
they both serve different functions.

I figured the panhard bar and swaybar would interfere with each other when bolted up.
