here is what i am thinking for my exhaust

and because i have emmisions in maryland a set of pypes of 2.5 mini cats http://www.rpmoutlet.com/mach1maccat2.htm

and then a set of GT takeoffs with flowmaster super40's which i cant seem to find at this time.

what does every body think of this set up, what should i expect for power and sound.

future mods are to include
-MAC cold air intake
- SCT X3 handheld

sound good,
except id go ahead and get lts ull wishu did later

what is allthe rave about with the LT's i hear like yea i got them and love them but what all are they good for

LT's pick up a little more power over the stock headers. They are really needed when you go with a supercharger.

That's not true at all. Aftermarket headers aren't needed until you're around 300something rwhp. Although LT's are nice for a small power increase.

True they aren't needed, but dyno's have proven that with boost the stock headers just aren't cutting it. I know that my factory headers are a MAJOR restriction.

well i dont think im going to be putting on a s/c or turbo on this car. i am only 17 and it already has 90,000 miles so im not going to bother with major power stuff, im going to stick with bolt on's like intakes, tuners, exhaust, mabya pully later idk yet. so i think im going to go ahead and order this stuff. its too bad there isnt one site that has h pipes and cats at a reasonable price.

I have some of the takeoff exhaust from my GT. Specifically from the balljoints at the H connection to the mufflers. I cut them at the axle hops to get it all out.

will those workon the h-pipe i listed at the beginning of this post
