When cuting the bumper did you take it off or did you leave it on and what did you use to cut it. Does anyone have pictures from under there car with the exhaust done

The cut is easy to do, there isn't anything behind where you will cut that you can hit.  I used a box cutter and then sanded the opening to smooth it out - just wrapped some sandpaper around an empty wine bottle (so it had the proper shape and a hard surface).  I have some pictures, but because the car is black it is a little hard to see the cut out, but here are some pictures from underneath during the installation:
This is the Y to be cut out (I used the FRPP X pipe on my car to replace the Y)

Oh, and I just noticed something in the pictures.  Get the band clamps from NAPA to connect your X or H to the mid pipes (or get one and save the band clamp from the Y to passenger side connection on your stock system); the FRPP set though may include all the clamps you need.  The clamps that were used at first pushed the system back too far.  While my set up isn't the FRPP, everything but the mufflers and the caps for the cut bumper is the same (my set up is a cat back with FRPP X from a GT500 so all Ford parts).

We welded the X pipe in because after cutting the Y out it was apparente that while the exhaust system is 2.5", the down pipe from the cat is only 2.25" and I felt the weld there would be better than a band clamp.

Also In the kit there are two magna clamps along with the 4 other clamps what are the magna clamps used for. Would they be used for conecting the x pipe to the pipes comeing from the convertors

There should be one pair that have a step up section to go from the 2.25" cat pipe to the 2.5" X pipe.  I didn't buy the FRPP kit (it came out about a month after I bought my set up) but that is my guess based upon the number of clamps you state.  The other four should be for the mid pipe connections on each end.

You get 2 extra clamps with the FRPP kit, you use the step-up clamps for the x -> cats connection and the other clamps for the mid -> x connection.  That should leave 2 extra.

The kit is really straight forward, I used a dremel for the bumper cutout, a sawzall for the y-pipe cut out, and everything else was standard hand tools.
