I was planning on buying a 3.8 motor out of a 99-03 Stang H/C/I, Bolt-ons and an Exhaust in the future (6-8months)

Id like to make it a lil more peppy as of now-any thoughts?

complete tune up, new ignition set-up, bigger plug wires, full exhaust, more aggressive camshaft, bore out cylinders, complete rebuild ( maybe not so cheap )

Haha yea not quite so cheap-with the exception of the bigger plug wires and possible a carb

I was thinking about bumping the timing up a lil bit, getting rid of all the smog **** hangin around the metal airfilter box, and removing the cat.

Any thoughts or comments on that?

Is the (Inlet air temperature control system) and (Cold weather modulator) that are hooked up to the intake something i can remove and replace with a small moroso/summit aircleaner??
