Hey I currently have a GT500 mustang and it has a set of the fog lights in the lower bumper. I'm installing a few modded parts like a hood and thought while I was at it, I would install some original first generation parts. I thought it would be cool to put in the 66 style turn signals in the lower bumper because they look more retro than that "bar" ones the car comes with stock. The fitment and size is fine but I have no idea where to buy a complete working set. Can some one point me in the right direction?

Here's an example of some one who's done what I've already want.

That is a 2007 GT500 with the 1968 GT500 parts on the front. They sold that one and another one like it at Barrett Jackson Palm Beach. I know this because I saw that car in person.

It's definitly the 68 front end but the amber lighted part is the same for all of that generation. Only the housing is different so my lower bumper would be similar. it's complicated to explain but the current GT500 already commes with the "tunels" which hold the turn signal you see here. So I don't need to mount to those tunels on the 68, I only need the turn signal, and I thought that the 66 chrome trim ring would complete things too.

I should have said that originally.

I think I'll also need this chrome trim and casing to make it work.

I have what I need but do you have any ideas for some slightly larger lights incase those end up being too small?

Only other thing I could think you could do is if the light holders pop out. You could probably try to get them chromed.
