Default 2010 Mustang GT

I saw it on the cover of Car & Driver...

It looks like a shelby? & it has it has 400hp... is this true because on other forums, people said theyt saw it too but said Ford is putting the 4.6 back in the 2010..

No one is certain on displacement yet. The new Boss/Hurricane engine will be capable of 5.0-7.0L and is supposed to debut as a 6.2L in the F150. Whether the Mustang gets a 5.0 or a 6.0 or whatever remains to be seen.

I heard, from which source I do not recall, that they are doing away with the V8 in 2010 and replacing with a twin turbo V6. Supposed to match the V8 power and match V6 mpg.

Maybe I will be flammed for this, but I am telling you what I heard.

+1
Nothing is ever certain till the car is in production. Plus, bigger/more powerful engine means more expensive car and gas is supposed to be near $6/gallon or more then. If this rumor is true, I could see the GT costing about $30k and that's pretty steep for a pony car not to mention gas money for it. But they'd probablyfinally throw a 6-speed in it to get goodmpg all around.Either way,$30k is not aseasily affordable for theaverage person as $25k or $26k.
