GT500 Chased Me Down

How fast is a GT500? Check this out. Spent Saturday at Beaver Springs raceway in central PA. Great afternoon. I was up against a GT500 in the right lane. Beat him off the line but by halfway down the strip all I could see was taillights.

Those GT500's are so easy to make fast. Tune, and CAI and you can get 70hp. You should be able to run with him on a road course or buy the supercharger for your SGT and then you can run in a straight line with him. Good run though!

What's the deal with a passenger????? Why not just throw out an anchor and drag it along with you? Extra weight = slower ET's, just that simple.
