I'll leave the height alone, I really like the way it sits, gives it an old school muscle car look.

Of course it won't hook up...Radial T/A's are not known for their performance, unfortunately=/

True, but some 245-wide G-Force Sports would grip better;)

There were a few other tires I was looking at before the Radial TA's...but chose them for their looks. The Traction TA's, and G-Force's were on my list, was also looking at Tiger Paw GTS, Eagle GT's, and Hankooks. In the end, I couldnt resist the classic looks of the Radial TA's, and chose them. As easily as this car spun the L60-15's on back, I wasnt willing to spend a wad of money for more expensive/stickier tires, since my stang is just a weekend toy. The extra money I saved will go towards my brakes and suspension. They actually do hook up better than the old tires, which makes me happy. The old L60's were actually in really good shape still, but from a stand still, would smoke them thru 1st and 2nd till I let off. Very fun, but needed more bite!

Yeah, can't argue with the looks. That's why they're on my car:)

Totally agree. Not sure what the new ones are like but the only car crash I have ever had
was where the TA's let go in the wet in a corner, I was not even on the gas. Fortunately the
front Yokohama's allow me to steer the car round most of the bend, before the back came around
and put me into the ditch. Still I managed to avoid four cars thanks to the fronts keeping traction.
Would never use them (TA's) on a street car ever again.
They do look good though, which is why I bought them in the first place.
